An outstanding cross between Blue Buddha and grape-nuanced Mendocino Purps resulted in the audaciously tasty Purple Buddha with notes of creamy berry flavor. This balanced strain is known for its strong indica effects that uplift the user and cross over to euphoria. Its body high can induce couch-lock should you overindulge (so check yourself if that’s going to be an issue!).
When used in moderation, Purple Buddha can get you over the 3 o’clock slump with a smile on your face.
Purple Buddha is best for intermediate to expert level-growers, but a focused and dedicated novice might garner excellent results as well (believe and achieve!). This hybrid does well indoors and outdoors, but make sure to plan for very large plants.
Indoor growth and flowering time is seven to eight weeks, yielding a substantial harvest. However, outdoor planting results in a more lucrative harvest as proven by the proclivity of growers in California, Arizona and Michigan. Buds at harvest time are dense, warm green in color with brown hairs and excellent trichome coverage.
Harvest: Indoor 8 weeks and Outdoor (preferred due to size) October 15th.
